Loma Larga

The architectural program consists of six luxury apartments, a large amenities area, parking and landscape design in all outdoor areas. The plot is especially irregular with most of it on a ravine, a feature that was used to generate a series of terraced platforms on which the apartments were placed.
For purposes of orientation, the apartments’ terraces were placed at different offset heights, generating pleasant, interesting shapes. This approach to the terrain allowed for a healthy relation between the building and its natural setting, an integration that is further aided by the landscape design that surrounds the apartments.
