The project sought to increase density in the neighborhood by converting derelict houses into apartment buildings, thus responding to social, economic and climate needs. The design is made up of two main volumes with roofs at opposing angles. These two main bodies are joined by a core containing all vertical circulation. This core, in turn, contains bridges that connect both volumes and provides a pleasant and comfortable element for natural light and ventilation.
