Renovation of a building with artistic value; 26 apartments and 26 service rooms were transformed into 30 contemporary apartments. The original Art Deco façade was preserved and given a new lighting design. The hall, with its marble flooring and grand staircase, are once again expressing a certain majesty. Successful renovation that increased the surplus value of the area.
