Renovation of a building with artistic value; 26 apartments and 26 service rooms were transformed into 30 contemporary apartments. The original Art Deco façade was preserved and illuminated. The hall, with its marble flooring, and the grand staircase are once again expressing a certain majesty. Successful renovation that increased the surplus value of the area.
