29-story tower. The design stems from addressing the challenges of the site and the regulatory constraints. The concept is, on the one hand, to honor the heritage of the neighborhood where it is located, and on the other, to integrate natural environment, characterized by the volcanic rocks from the eruption of Xitle volcano. The tower is composed by three volumes that allow terraces and gardens at variable heights. It incorporates state of the art technology while maximizing privileged views of Pedregal neighborhood and Sierra del Ajusco, a beautiful mountain chain located just south of Mexico City.
